We recently spent a sunny Saturday at a local street fair for artists. Last year when my mother-in-law visited us in Chicago, we also went to a very large art street fair. As a frugal minimalist, I rarely buy something at events like this, but I do really like attending them. It gets me out of the house, I can socialize, and it’s outdoors, making catching Covid less likely. Here are some tips to enjoy street fairs while still controlling your spending.
